This Shipping Policy establishes the conditions governing the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through the Bloomilu online store operated by OPREAN PAULA-MONICA P.F.A., headquartered in Sat Saldabagiu de Munte, Com. By placing an order on bloomilu.com, the buyer expressly agrees to the shipping conditions described below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within a reasonable operational timeframe following payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, operational workload, and public holidays. Bloomilu undertakes to prepare and dispatch orders with due care and diligence.
Shipping Methods
Bloomilu delivers products internationally using reputable courier services including, but not limited to, FedEx, UPS, and other professional courier partners operating within the European Union and internationally.
The courier service used for each shipment may vary depending on the destination, logistics availability, and delivery efficiency.
All shipments are professionally packaged to ensure the safe transport of the goods.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier operations, customs procedures, and other external factors beyond the control of Bloomilu.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing the order. Bloomilu cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.
Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments outside the European Union, the destination country may impose import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient. Bloomilu does not cover or reimburse customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Shipments
Courier companies typically attempt delivery multiple times or may redirect the shipment to a designated pickup location. The buyer or recipient is responsible for cooperating with the courier to ensure successful delivery.
If a shipment is refused, not claimed, cannot be delivered after repeated delivery attempts, or is returned to Bloomilu due to failure to collect the parcel from the courier or designated pickup point, Bloomilu reserves the right to deduct a logistics and handling fee of €120 from any refund issued.
This amount covers the costs associated with outbound shipping, return transportation, and courier processing.
Refunds related to returned shipments will be processed only after the package has been received back by Bloomilu.
Liability During Transport
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, the transport process is managed by the courier company. Bloomilu will assist buyers in tracking shipments and communicating with the courier when necessary but cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
